Eyelash Extensions

 Here at Omni Academy of Beauty, we offer an eyelash extension course. This is a 1 day course starting at 9.30am - 4.30pm and is a Level 3 qualification. This treatment is becoming increasingly popular and an excellent treatment to add to your skills or to start building from!

 Eyelash extensions are individual single strands which are adhered to your existing eyelash. Unlike traditional false eyelashes they are almost weightless, feel and look completely natural. In fact they look fantastic! They are made of polyester fiber shaped to mimic the look of the natural lash. They are permanent to that lash and last as long as the remaining lifetime of the natural eyelash the extension is adhered to. Your natural lashes have a 6-8 week life-cycle.

* These are semi permanent, so saves time putting on and removing strip eyelashes

* Eyelash extensions can be used to lengthen or thicken your natural lashes

 Con's of eyelash extensions:
* If the eyelash extensions are not applied to your natural eyelashes, they can cause damage to your actual lashes but if you train with us, then you will be trained to perform this treatment safely and correctly.
* It is time consuming
* Can have an allergic reaction to the glue, training with us will enable you to learn how to spot this and how to carry out a patch test before hand. 
* You have to look after them well
* You can only wear and use water based products

* Hygiene, Health and Safety
* Anatomy of Physiology: the hair
* Application of individual last extension
* Consultation / Client Care / Aftercare advice

VTCT Level 3 Award in Lash Extensions Exam Fee £50.00
